WHAT DOES THE BMI NUMBER MEAN?

If your BMI Number is:

BMI is under 20 indicates you need to gain weight to reduce your risk of health problems
BMI 20 - 25 this range is considered a good range for most people
BMI 25 - 27 this range is sometimes considered a caution zone, you may have to watch your weight
BMI over 27 the higher your BMI goes above 27, the more you risk developing health problems
